Most of the time when i get into a deep relaxation i could see things, with my eyes closed, that seem to be spirits walking and gliding around. they kinda looks like the life links explained in the video. I get nervous when i see them and i stop the meditation immediately. the more i mediate the more vivid they, the spirit figures, become!
