I heard there’s a certain pose in yoga that u do on your back and it makes you fart. Not trying to make a joke, but that’s what I heard. What’s the difference between Bikram Yoga and I guess regular Yoga – Yoga. And I do concur, that I heard Yoga is a great place to meet women. Especially milfs / cougars, I heard it’s better than Toys R US or little kid parties
:p..nice vid
peace, much blessings, and be healthy

No. The session is for 90 minutes and poses are very specific. All the poses done in their proper order have a synergistic affect on your body. I personally think a sauna would be too hot, but you might be able to do it.

its not that bad..but i almost passed out twice in about 18 sessions so far. The room temp was about 105-108..depends on the instructor.
its tuff though i gotta admit, Im surprised i have kept up..its quite addicting. Although, i kinda of wish there was more variety in the poses. the same 26 get a lil old..and Im just a newbie.

i recently started doing it and it’s awesome, it’s very challenging since i can’t even touch my toes, all the weight training through out the years made my muscles very stiff, but I am getting better with each lesson in some poses.

Yoga is a great …
Yoga is a great place for a straight guy to meet girls. (Of course that is not the reason to do yoga, but I met a boyfriend in yoga.) In Bikram yoga, usually you have a pretty good male/female ratio. More guys tend to do Bikram.

Yoga is not for …
Yoga is not for women only, many men practice it, nobody will be looking or judging you, because you concentrate on yourself only and there is a feeling of solitude even though you are with other people.
