I am converting an extra rooom into a meditation/yoga room and need help with?

Need carefully thought out colors for this room as they will create the mood. I would like to use two colors – either 1 color on 2 walls and the other 2 walls another color OR paint one wall as the accent wall and use another color for other three walls. I love purple but am not sure what to pair it with. I have one window and also would like suggestions as to whether or not use it as accent wall?

you must really see these colors together to understand what i’m talking about…but go with me. Purple is a good color and when painting a picture i love using purple and green together…either blended, side by side…whatever. they always complement each other. my favorite flower is an orchid….and i think it beautifully portrays this idea about those two colors for me. my advice…would to stay away from pastels…which may be first instinct just bc it’ll be a serene place. think more…spa-like. a spa-like green would be easy to find…the purple…may have to be more a deep plum that isnt shocking…..i know that if the right two shades of these colores are picked…the could def. give you what you’re looking for. also…if you wanted more neutral…grey and green are always nice…..any outside organic colors actually. wish i knew you so i could help more! i love projects like this!

yoga during pregnancy?

I don’t have any prenatal yoga classes in my area, so i have begun a yoga class once or twice a week. I told my teacher that I am about 5 mos pregnant but she doesn’t seem very knowlegable about what poses are best or which to avoid during pregnancy. If any one has info I would appreciate it. I am still learning the names of the poses, so even a good website with pictures of what I can do would be great! Thanks!

Good luck
