i talked with a yogis, a yoga teacher and he told that doing a yoga class can reallign spines and nerves.. any scientific study for this??

I have been practicing Yoga for @4 years now. It proved to be a godsend when I was injured in a car accident. It damaged vertabrae and a rib. I am, basically, not asked to attend physical therapy as a part of my pain management b/c my Dr. knows I practice Yoga everyday. So, personally from experience I can say it is absolutely true. I live on the sunshine coast but I want to do yoga classes to get more flexible I want to gymnastics are there any places on the sunshine coast to do yoga and gymnastics and they don’t have to be on the same day at the same place. THX
