I took the class about 8 months ago for a few weeks and now i’ve started up again. I really like the workout aspect of it and how it makes me sweat a lot, but I haven’t noticed any change on my body aside from being a little more flexible. Do you guys have any success stories about Bikram Yoga?

I have been doing the YRG Workout which is a form of Power Yoga like Bikram. YRG added other exercises like pillates movements and mixed martial arts. It uses your own body resistance to get you in your fat burning zone and give you a cardio workout. My back has never felt better. I tried Bikram but it gets costly and it is hard to do without going to a class. I do YRG at home and when I travel.
