Wow! I’m telling you, you could make money teaching singing. Another great singers’ warmup to combat jaw tension. I modified it a little by sticking my tongue out as far as I could and holding it there during the inhalation b/c I have issues with jaw/tongue tension. After 15 rounds my jaw was completely relaxed. Thank you so much. Please make as many videos as possible at facial yoga.
