http://www.FatLossBlogger.com – Today was day 18 of P90X and I watched the Yoga X DVD today. As I’ve mentioned before, yoga is much more difficult than I thought it would be but I’m definitely starting to get the hang of it. I’m still running into some problems with some of the more difficult poses and positions, but things are coming along nicely.
One thing that I’m having problems with is my hands slipping forward in the downward dog position. My hands start to get wet when I begin sweating and slip forward on the yoga mat. I’ve tried different yoga mats in an attempt to solve this, but no dice. If any of you have any suggestions, I’m all ears.
The diet went well again today and I’m still on track…
