i talked with a yogis, a yoga teacher and he told that doing a yoga class can reallign spines and nerves.. any scientific study for this??
I have been practicing Yoga for @4 years now. It proved to be a godsend when I was injured in a car accident. It damaged vertabrae and a rib. I am, basically, not asked to attend physical therapy as a part of my pain management b/c my Dr. knows I practice Yoga everyday. So, personally from experience I can say it is absolutely true.
