I recorded a small portion of my yoga class. Each position has been cut significantly, as we normally hold each pose for 5 deep breaths or approximately 30-45 seconds; not exactly entertaining when sitting and watching a video :) But I did leave in the parts where I’m explaining proper form, so if anyone wants to try any of these poses, make sure you listen carefully to what I’m saying. If you like it, I’ll be happy to record some different positions at another time.
